How to get a visa for Cyprus?
Since Cyprus joined the European Union in 2004, there have been many questions on how does exactly one apply for this process if he/she is not a European member state citizen. We put for you a list of all the official locations in the region where visas are issued. In many countries the Cyprus Airways offices can also direct you on this procedure. If need be send as an email on tourism@cyprusme.com and we can also be of assistance.

Shared taxi for the budget traveler
Apart from using the numerous taxis on the island or the bus system, we have added this great service which provides a cheaper alternative to discovering the island whilst sojourning.

Trans-urban Service (shared) Taxis:
This service offers the opportunity to share a taxi with 4-7 other passengers. It provides connection between all major towns of Cyprus (Lefkosia, Lemesos, Larnaka, Pafos), every half hour, Monday-Friday 06.00-18.00, Saturday and Sundays 06.00-17.00. Seats can be booked by phone and passengers can be collected from and dropped to, at any place they wish, within the municipal boundaries.

No Service offered on Public Holidays.

Service taxis do not operate between
a) The airports and the towns,
b) towns and villages.
